  1. In some situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • persons authorized by us, employees and associates who must have access to personal data to perform their duties,
    • the hosting company on the basis of entrustment,
    • companies with which the Controller cooperates in its own marketing.

  7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing activities.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means we do not transfer it outside the European Union.
